I'm going to go work on making some Flames fans to counter-act those Oiler children...

Tough player to get a read on. Certainly not flashy, the advanced stats tell a strongly 'meh' story of him so far.

I would say mainly good because with Hamonic paired up with Brodie TJ has really come into his own again. Brodie is much more creative out there on the rush knowing Hamanic is covering for him.

He looks like he doesn't want to be in any promo material they put him in.
The poor introverted superstar.

Hah, good coach Gulutzan trolling all the haters by giving Stajan more ice-time than Monahan or Jankowski after CP collectively demands him to be scratched.

Remember when Dougie came over and some people wanted him gone in the first 10 games? Now, Hamonic is a different style player than Dougie, but it still takes time to get to a system, teammates, even the city. Everything's new. I like him as a player and I think he'll just get more comfortable as the season goes along, he'll be a solid #4 guy for this team.

Nobody hates him. Just a bad play on his part and he hasn't been flashy to start this season.
He'll be fine. That play tonight was pretty bad though.

I'm hoping that we take the momentum back here. The Flames Are still a young team but they got some experience last year. Lets see it start to pay off.

Because Hamonic's turnover led to the Blues goal to tie the game. And he was pretty much 100% at fault for that Blues goal.
It happens.

Hamonic had actually had a couple of really good shifts earlier in the period. Was going to post about his great play.
Then that gaff came. And it was horrid.
As for the debate about trading for him... fans will appreciate the trade a lot more when the Flames make a deep playoff run.

Hamonic has been solid all year. His stick was also slashed on the turnover.

I don't think it's hate. Just some utterly brain dead turnovers in our own end.
And for the people who were iffy on tossing out picks for Hamonic, these turn overs are ammunition.
I'm one of them but I'll say that Hamonics done more good than Harm, but if those turn overs keep happening, it's gonna be a problem.

I think a large part of that is they just haven't been playing with confidence, and their shots/plays were reflecting that. Generating zone time without finish is that step before breaking out typically. Looks like they somewhat broke out of it last game.
Once Bennett gets the monkey off the back and Jankowski draws blood, I think you'll see some finishing ability up and down the line up. A few guys yet to break out. That includes Jagr.

These refs are pissing me off. They’ve let the Blues get away with so much already.
