McDavid was behind our D long before the puck left the passers stick. Speed had nothing to do with that as Wideman would have had a clear brakeaway in the same spot. Being aware of who is where on the ice would be a good start for our D.

Not a bad plan when he's the majority of their offense. Brodie should be on every shift with him just waiting for Mcdavid to take off. He's their only offensive threat, don't see how they win if we just shut down one guy. He can't even be on half the game.
