Do you remember the 5-0 beatdown the Oilers laid on the Flames in the 2010 season opener? Taylor Hall's and Jordan Eberle's first game? That team finished dead last in the league that year and drafted first overall for the second straight season.

The Kings score in Toffolian fashion just 82 seconds into the game. Couture scored later on in the first period. It is still 1-1 midway through the second period.

The Blues win 5-2 as they score a pair of empty net goals in the final 66 seconds of the game.

Burns scores the winning goal 3:20 into the third period, Couture with the assist and second point of the game. The Sharks hang on to win 2-1 in regulation time. Quick and Zatkoff were both in the Kings net.

That was a depressing loss. Anderssen looked like hot garbage. Matthews looked decent.

It really sucks that I'm going to have to listen to Romanuk and Millen for most Leaf games again this year. Aren't Leafs a big ratings draw? Why are we stuck with the worst broadcasting team on SN.

I don't know who they are but I just find Millen and Romanuk suck the fun out of every game. They are too dull. I love it when the Leafs are on TSN and we get Miller and Ferraro.
