[QUOTE=puckedoff;5922701]I see this brought up a lot (I have brought it up too) but I think he is too good as a center to put on the wing. I think he'd be great with the top pairing (maybe on PP?) given how well he can think the game and make passes.
My criticism of him from what we've seen is that I don't think he can spell intencity, but maybe that will come in time. I hear Stockton toughens guys up pretty quick too.[quote]
(pssst ...intensity)

Say you have the 3rd line as Bouma-Backlund-Frolik penciled in. Bouma can play either wing easily. So if you make it Janko-Backs-Bouma instead, that frees up Frolik just as much as if you had Janko on the right side.

Kanzig picks the worst times to pinch in, almost caused a 3 on 1 against.

I was just going to post something similar. Like why then? 3 jets are closer to the puck.

The Flames did that with Bennett for most of his rookie year. Additionally, if there are center injuries, you can just shift Janko over. I think he is NHL ready.

Our center depth is weak. He should get as much time there as possible and prepare to play that role in the future. He's already thinking pass first and 200ft. If there isn't a Center role for him in the NHL, put him on the first line in Stockton for a season. I don't think he'd suffer from either route. But he should stick to Center. He's built to be one too.

He watched the allstar game and John Scott, that's why he made his move!
I am hoping one day he can be half as good as Engelland, Cause Stockton will need a guy like that!
