Johnny is just a cut above almost every player on the ice and it shows. He may not have been picked #1 overall in his year but he's a generational Player and we've got him

They play the Czechs next... the Czech might punch the kids in the face and see what happens.

Gaudreau, McKinnon, Matthews are the most impressive forwards so far.
HM to Larkin
Ekblad is the stud on the blue line.

This drives home how important it is to have a second scoring line on the Flames. Not just for the scoring but to take some top shutdown coverage away from the Johnny line.
Tkachuk and Bennett step right up.

Not only is it nice to see Johnny score, but it's an added bonus that he made Sbisa look foolish on both of the goals.

I was pretty excited about NA in the tournament, but when watching I don't care about the team, at all, except for Johnny. Just a bunch of flash and not much else. They are getting pushed around, the two so called "best" players are not putting up numbers, are being complete puck hogs and are being needlessly spoon fed extra minutes. What has McDavid, Eichel and Matthews done to prove theirselves on an NHL level more than guys like Huberdeau and Galchenyuk? Absolutely nothing
Please oh please never let this team exist again. Atleast Europe has players from countries that don't have teams

Anybody have any idea where a replay feed might be?

McDavid and Eichel are already better than Galchenyuk and Huberdeau. And Matthews has been awesome.

Ekblad has been really solid. Looks like a 8 year veteran skating the puck up the ice... So composed. He's going to be a beauty.

Was anybody watching the post-game presser? I was only half paying attention and there was an exchange about Jiri Huder (I think), between Ekblad and Gaudreau.
