In fairness, his cap hit as a Leaf was a bit much. Penguins are lucky the Leafs are paying 15% of his salary.

That trade was pretty fair for both teams but with the Leafs retaining 15% I think the Pens got the better of us.

Back in the early 80s, the Grease to intentional offsetting penalties so the game could open up like that (4v4+). If only our stars of today got that kind of benefit, we'd see plays like that PP all the time instead of dump-and-clear.

Murray is just too on his game and TB being kept to the outside.. Crosby and Malkin starting to get going now too.. Kessel finding the open areas really well..
Vasilevski getting frustrated by his D too..
This will be a short series if BT doesn't tie it up next game.
