For the first time in franchise history, the Predators hold a 2-0 playoff series lead.

So Sportsnet refuses to show the national broadcast for all of these playoff games, but then uses the national broadcast for the highlights?

That is just bizarre. Whether the Preds are servicing the refs or not, I hope they continue doing what they are doing, and send this blight of a hockey team home in four.
Sure am. Don't like Bieksa at all, but I've cheered for the Ducks for years, and I'm not gonna stop because of 1 player. How is it "bizarre"? Is it bizarre that someone has a different opinion than you and cheers for a different team than you?

Maybe if the Ducks hadn't spent half the game whining at the refs they might have got some calls.
I think the only bad call was the missed high stick on Silvferberg. The Perron interference was a little soft but that's usually a penalty and there was a similar call in the FL/NYI game.

Yes, it is.

It's a little bizarre that your username is flamesfan, but you cheer for a team with Kesler and Bieksa on it. Yeah, that's a little bizarre.

Can the mods change "flamesfan1297" to "ducksfan1297"?

Considering the brawl, the '06 playoffs, the curse, and the Perry/Kesler combo I have trouble understanding how a Flames fan could ever cheer for the Ducks. After the Nucks and Oilers they are easily my most hated team.

^Don't forget the Garbutt penalty where they just randomly picked him out of the scrum, shouldn't have been a Ducks penalty.

There were other penalties called on the Ducks that normally wouldnt be called in playoffs, and weren't called on Nashville

Kesler, Perry, Bieksa are three players

I think his point though is that the Ducks are hard to cheer for from an outside perspective. Kesler and Bieksa on a Flames forum given their Canucks era antics (some which continue to this day)...and Perry often from an NHL perspective with his accidentally-on-purpose incidents on the ice.

Who cares. The Ducks lost and are down by two games heading to Nashville. All is right in the world for Flames fans that have had to endure years of Anaheim Duck-baggery.

I am a Flames fan first and foremost. Like I have previously said, I cheer for the Ducks as a team, not Kesler and Bieksa. Whether they are on the team or not, I will still cheer for them. If Calgary got two players who you didn't like, would you still cheer for the Flames?/Or would you cheer against them? I doubt it

Garbutt and Thompson could be lumped in there too. I think Thompson has been suspended a few times for dirty plays.

Preds seem to have an underwhelming roster… can you say they have a star forward? Maybe Neal, but that's almost a stretch for me.

Anything can happen in the playoffs, but I did not think the Ducks would have this much trouble. Good.

If we're adding more, I think quite a few people haven't gotten past Despres for taking out Smid.

Ryan Johansen could also possibly be considered a star forward.

No I've never been a huge fan either. Preds are built sorta like Calgary In the sense that alot of offense comes from their Dmen. Plus they've got better goaltending now that Rinne is back in form
