I hate it.
Love the active D on offense, but the passive, collapse to the lanes and wave your stick at passes defense is vomit-inducing. Hit somebody!

Can you imagine if goaltender interference review was in effect when Tomas Holmstrom played? He'd have lost like half his goals.

Thanks, but I wasn't questioning the rule. Just KFF suggesting he made contact in the crease.

Remember back in the late ‘90s, where everyone was up in arms about over-constricting crease rules?
Those are pretty much all gone now.

Stamkos value dramatically drops. Force to sign at 6 million per year. Well played Yzerman, well played.

I'd rather him be about half a foot out rather than a few inches in and get those plays called back. I understand you want to get as close as you can, but if he's going to play with fire like that, with nobody near him, those goals will always be called back.

The crease shows the area within which the goalie has the advantage of position.
Incidental contact within the crease will result in no goal, incidental contact outside of the crease will result in a goal.
Deliberate contact by a player inside or outside the crease will result in no goal.

He most certainly didn’t. Talbot was in the crease, but Colborne was outside when he hit him.

If a player puts his glove on the puck in the crease, a penalty shot is awarded.
And if the goalie freezes the puck outside of the crease, a delay of game is called.

Hoping the Flames pick it up in the second.
Got penned in our zone too much there.

Let's hope the Saddledome's arena is gone soon too, and a new building that is not CalgaryNEXT.

Who are these crash test dummies on the panel? That was the stiffest sequence I've seen from these guys this year.

Seen the replay many times, agree to disagree. Wasn't in by much, but he was.

Someone needs to take this corny montage and edit out the 80's glory with the 2010's embarrassment. Imagine what the walls would say about that.

Coming from a David Jones fan that's rich.
Guy only knows how to hit end boards with a wrister from the hashmarks

I mean, that simply isn’t true.
Why is my being a fan of David Jones something demeaning or wrong, or something to call me out on? I honestly am at a loss here.
