Brodie isn't really a power play quarterback at all. That said neither is Russell lol. I don't mind showcasing Russell if we're thinking of dealing him. Saving Brodie for more even strength and shorthanded time isn't the worst idea.
I think the Flames will be looking to move one of Russell/Wideman at the deadline.

They've already had that. It's not going to fix systemic issues. And if the thought process is that they're bound to get good enough with enough top 5 picks, other teams have proven that's a dangerous path to follow.
