Where is the Flames offense? Is Brodie THAT important to this team? This is embarrassing losing to this crap Oiler team. I know it's only the first period, but wow. Just crap.

He has a great release, a hard wrister and he picks the far corner well. They were sniper goals, not dangle goals.

I guess Joe Sakic didn't get goal maker goals either.

They probably will. If that was my kid, at his age, with that much pressure, and money being no object, I'd do that too.

The media really need to lay off the hype though. Maybe when McDavid starts selling himself, the announcers can stop doing it for him.

Hopkins looks like the best Oiler by a mile tonight. I'd even go so far as to say he looks pretty darned good. Where was he drafted again?
