Especially when you consider Carolina is playing Lindholm on the wing and not down the middle. Might not mean anything long term, we've seen Seguin play the wing then was moved back to center by the Stars but you'd rather you're center prospect continues in that position when possible.

Nope, the goaltending is definitively helping but to say that the success is solely due to the goalies is such an insult to the rest of the team. Plus, there are some teams out there which Calgary appears to have closed the gap on.

Byron Stajan Glencross, I will have to shoot Hartley if he breaks them up. First time this year glencross and stajan have been a real threat.
Great game, obviously the competition is not very good. We have had a tendency to play down to the level of other teams though. We look great tonight.

This has been the most complete game they've played yet this season. I can't tell if the Flames are just this much better than Carolina or if Carolina just blows, or a combination of them both. Probably combination, but I'm totally unreliable as I am enjoying this way too much.
