I think Gillis took way too much flack for the Schneider/Luongo situation and not nearly enough flack for the rest of his trades, most of which sucked.
The Canucks need a culture change.

Why should knowing anything about 'Ice Hockey' be a requirement to be a GM for the Canucks? Half the players there dont know anything about 'Ice Hockey' judging by how frequently they seem to slip and fall.
