McGrattan would be good for a playoff team, but he doesn't really serve a purpose on a bottom feeder team. He is meant to regulate, but there isnt much to fight for right now. He is an odd piece to keep for a team in the basement.

Unfortunatelty we need at least one goon to stop our goalies from getting run. Our team is tiny now; look how much kipper and mcdonald were getting run last year. We have not seen nearly as much of it since we got a goon and i do not think it was a coincidence.

And what does McGrattan do to stop a guy from running the goalie if it happens during the 55 minutes of the game that he is not out there?
What does he really do if a guy does it when he is on the ice?
