Figured Cherry would love Monahan. He was the MVP of the OHL cup (pre OHL draft tourny that Cherry is always at). Really that tournament was the only reason Monahan was a first round pick in the OHL.. which is crazy in retrospect.

Basically carried his team to the championship.. 5 points in a 5-3 win in the semi-finals and 2 points in a 2-1 win in the finals.
