I was extremely excited that I was going to be in AZ for a couple of days for work. AND on top of that I was able to get a spot in for a reservation on the evening of the grand -re-opening.

The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I say reasonable because it should have been more prompt but also it wasn't like I was waiting forever. I have had worse. The burger was actually ok but as Ramsay said on the show, there was an abundance of flavors and it was just too much. It was almost overpowering. I ate half of it and picked at a puny salad that came with it. My coworkers pasta was undercooked. And he was afraid to say something. I reached over tasted it and sure enough the pasta was still raw at spots and borderline rubbery and crunchy. By this time I was done eating my meal and called over the server to take back both my half eaten burger and my coworkers raw pasta. I politely told her that the pasta needed to be redone and that I did not need a box for my half eaten burger.

You left out the best part, that when the customer insisted he wouldn't pay for the undercooked pasta, Samy stubbornly agreed, got mad that the guy was using his Cell Phone to text someone, and told him not to come back.

I was surprised they were making everyone sign a waiver who came in

According reporter Hayley Ringle, she and the rest of her party incurred Samy's notorious wrath when they complained of fruit flies in their cocktails not once but three times. (Ringle shares photos of the bugs in her article). Samy, who fielded their complaints, kicked them out of the restaurant when the group pointed out the flies in the restaurant's third, failed attempt to make a clean cocktail.

As for the people thinking that they're doing all this for the publicity, I dont think thats the case. I'm siding with 'genuinely insane.'

I'd have believed they were trolling for publicity if they turned everything around, served good food and made some money off of it. As it is they've turned their restaurant into a zoo. People are only attending to see the 'crazy show.'

Samy getting deported is just icing on the cake. The fact that they have a genuinely insane Israeli gangster who is now a public figure is likely causing some problems in the immigration department.

The couple's appearance on Dr Phil was postponed as well. That could mean lawyers are involved and these new appearances were actually going to make them look even worse?? I thought the point was to give them a chance to redeem themselves with the public, but perhaps these new episodes were going to really make things worse for them?
