I did Queen E in Foxtrap, Nfld and moved over to Scarlett for 93/94. Quite the culture shock. Still haven't gotten over the pants at the ankles shirts at the knees and slicked back hair with the sides shaved.....shudders!

lots of friends from Cresent as I would have gone there but moved away. Grew up in Marlborough...

Best Memory: California football trip in the fall of 2000

Worst Memory: Realizing about a month and a half before January Diploma Cutoff that all I did in the fall of 2001 was play football and hang out at Chinook Centre/West Hills

Home of The Mad Crapper of fabled lore.

You never knew where a turd would turn up. A kid in my English class opened his backpack following Phys Ed and started gagging. It took about two seconds for the whole class to catch a wiff and realize what was up. Someone took a crap in his backpack and left a nicely crafted note, "Courtesy of The Mad Crapper". There were incidences in water fountains, sinks, windshields, middle of hallways, etc. I found it quite amusing having never felt TMC's wrath directly.

Western 08, didn't really like it very much. Met some cool people but for the most part didn't like a lot of my classmates. It was also the worst designed school I'd ever seen. In order to stay on the same floor but go to a different wing you had to go down and then back up a flight of stairs. And in the last 2 years I was there you couldn't even walk within 10 feet of the school because a 60kg concrete window sill fell off in one of the courtyards.

Didsbury High School Class of '96. I would have gone to Diefenbaker if my parents hadn't moved. It ended up being a great thing for me. It was a small school and I had a great time. It really brought me out of my shell. I probably wouldn't be the person I am today without that experience. In fairness, some people I know might not view that as a good thing.

yeah... down half a flight to go up a flight

Different parts of the school had different character. It was funny how, depending on your classes and track, you could inhabit certain parts and be excluded from others. My only time in three years visiting the third floor was for Marlette's English class. Otherwise I was a basement and first floor guy.

Spending multiple Drama classes just watching Whose Line. Walking in Confederation Park during my spares. That one time Mike Richards came and talked and I went up to him afterward and was all, "Hey, I made the video for your Jarome Iginla song," and we got to have a long chat while he played other videos I made from his material on the Smart Board and impressed the school career counsellor.

Worst Memories: Other people I met. Debate kids. Social with Cole. Not getting to play a single game of floor hockey in gym. Lost touch with a lot of people I used to know pretty well.
I must know you.

Abe '10 as well.

Social with Cole was the worst.
