Yeah, I would say best move for Harris is to just reach as many young unregistered voters as possible and get them inclined to vote.
People who are crying about what podcast she shows up on are never going to vote for her, why care?

I think a lot of people that cast a vote of Trump aren't voting for Trump, rather they are voting against Harris.

I remember in 2016 when we used to roast Trump and the right when they'd talk about crowd sizes at their rallies and what a ridiculous thing that is to bring up and how childish it was to then boast about. It's fascinating to me that fast forward 7 years and some of the same people are now bragging about crowd sizes for their own candidate and pointing to people leaving the other rallies early, etc. I'm not surprised the polls are as close as they are. I mean, I am in the sense that so many people would vote for Trump given everything we know about him now, but not surprised in the sense that the Americans down south have already proven that a massive chunk of them support him and his ideas. 74M is a mind-blowing number of people that support Trump, and that's not even all of them!

I would guess the true number of cultists is roughly half of that 74M. There are ton of people who will vote GOP regardless of candidate for the tax cuts and lack of regulations. Even now some of those GOP peeps like W. and Cheney who aren't voting Trump would absolutely be voting for any other GOPer running on basically the verbatim platform Trump is (except for the tariffs pretty much).

Call Her Daddy is the archetypical nemisis of the Incel bros that infest MAGA.
Independent women talking about hooking up with guys (who aren't them) and casual relationships (the Incel fear of female cheaters looms large)

What is most remarkable to me about the covid test story is the level of trust Putin obviously has in Trump. He's a paranoiac when it comes to diseases and assassination, yet asks the leader of Russia's greatest rival for kits that could be a vehicle for disease/assassination and at minimum risks embarrassment that Russia's all powerful leader had to go begging to the US for help.
I wonder why he trusts Trump so much and worries about how Trump might be perceived by the US public...

To add to the "how much can you trust polling" question, I find it hard to believe Trump is up 13% in Florida without closing in on landslide territory nationally.

I actually believe Putin doesn't trust Trump at all (and why would he trust Trump or any American politician given history). If the reports are true, Putin did these things just to cause more chaos in the US and their political system.

Chris Wallace on Fox News departure: ‘The truth is non-negotiable’
Quote:
“I had no problem with conservative opinion any more than I do with liberal opinion,” Wallace said during a podcast appearance with Mediaite editor in chief Aidan McLaughlin. “But what I do have a problem with is conspiracy and lies. The truth is non-negotiable.”
|
Quote:
Wallace months after leaving Fox told The New York Times working at the outlet had become untenable for him, saying, “When people start to question the truth — Who won the 2020 election? Was Jan. 6 an insurrection? — I found that unsustainable.”
As part of his conversation with Mediate, Wallace went a step further to say he was “glad” the network agreed to pay Dominion Voting Systems millions of dollars to settle the company’s defamation case. Dominion sued Fox in 2021 for airing false claims about its software that were being promoted by former President Trump and his allies after the 2020 election.
“To the degree that Fox was scared by the cost of calling Arizona correctly and people going to other more conservative outlets, there’s also a cost to lying and misrepresenting,” he said. “And I was happy to see that cost was being exacted.”

This was definitely a rich person thing.
Economy, econonmy, economy! Travel, Travel, Travel.
And when they got sick, they used every private healthcare trick in the book to protect themselves. Remember Joe Rogan getting Covid? he took a cornucopia of drugs to kick it - but not the vaccine

If the internet has been around during Smallpox it wouldn't have been eradicated. Because of meatheads like Rogan.
