I'm so impressed with Silovs. Seems like a really good kid, and he's played remarkably well so far. He doesn't seem to get rattled.

Evander Kane needs to have a hearing for that intentional kick to Zadorov's head.

No reason to kick your skate in that position. Scumbag Kane never learns.

Reason 2: Oilers Are the Deepest Team Perry Has Played For

However, it’s not just that the Oilers are led by their dynamic duo. This team’s talent runs deep, in all phases of the game. They got even deeper at this season’s trade deadline, when they picked up Adam Henrique and Sam Carrick from the Ducks.

Henrique, Zach Hyman, and Ryan Nugent-Hopkins complement the duo in the top-six. Evander Kane, who has put up 22 points in 29 playoff games with the Oilers since arriving, has been relegated to a bottom-six role, which he plays with Perry. On defence, Evan Bouchard has turned into an offensive extraordinaire, and they still have Darnell Nurse and Mattias Ekholm. Simply, this is easily the deepest and most skilled team Perry has played with, probably since the 2007 Cup-winning Ducks, and it’s one of the primary reasons this is his best chance.

Maybe we can snag Silovs out of VAN.

Appears to be in the Oilers heads very early in his career.

Judging by sportsnet social media before this game, Canucks fans are extra fed up with the Oilers focus on 'Sportsnet Pacific' as well. Focusing on oilers coming out of the tunnel at the start of the game, the panel talking oilers, oilers oilers. All happening in the Canucks home barn and home 'network'. Excellent. Constant force-feeding of oilers by SN media is going to cause all of Western Canada to revolt.
I have to imagine this is what Philly fans (and other teams that were rivals of the pens) went through during the peak crosby era.

Best part of that is Mcdavid flopping because of that soft crosscheck and then getting crosschecked in the face because of the flop

I hope they called him a pathetic diver as he fell.

Embarrassment to the game.

When the Canucks win, and SNET jumps on the wagon as the only Canadian team left, they should all just give one word answers to anything from a SNET personality and then longer answers to the other networks.

No matter how good the oilers look in the regular season and in the first round there’s always a team that shows the weaknesses in the oilers

Listening to CHED and broadcast guy says "if you are going to beat a team which is clearly better than you, you need your goalie to steal games like Silovs did tonight".

In what way are they better? Who finished higher in the standings?

Completely delusional. Wow.
