If im the Raptors I am preparing for a 90-100% KD tonight.
Predicting a couple highlight plays with immediate limp back for the cameras?

The team is a primary source, and there is simply no reason to think they're lying, particularly since everything that has happened is consistent with them telling the truth.

There's plenty of reason to think he won't be particularly effective or that he'll have to play limited minutes, but it's the injection of claims that are just made up out of whole cloth as if those claims were verified truth that's annoying. You just said it's "not a muscle injury" but a "tendon tear", and you have no basis for saying so other than internet speculation. It would be great if everyone stopped doing that because it's really confusing.

Alright man, my point was more that I'm surprised he's coming back at all if he's still injured, he has a lot to lose. People across multiple platforms been saying it seems like he injured his Achilles but I agree nobody knows the specific injury for sure and it could be his calf.

Ugh, they were one bad quarter away from sweeping. Now they have to beat KD.

Passed by the Maple Leafs Square Jurassic Park this evening on the way back from work and while they haven't let the crowds into the area yet, the roar from where everyone is being held (midway to the Rogers Centre) can be heard from about 100M away. Tonight is going to be wild.

If the Raptors can't beat a full strength Warriors team they don't deserve the championship.

I've watched maybe 4 full Raptors games ever and I know they'll win tonight.

OG's been in the lineup these past few games, no? Why hasn't he played at all? Would be interesting if he's healthy to put OG on Durant.

Side street is reportedly crowded. Like you needed to be there already.

I just went bank and baron. As long as they have the sound on and someone is pouring beers you're set.

Has he??? I completely missed that if so. There was some chatter before the finals if he'd be cleared but I never heard anything else after that.

Incidentally, my Durant bet I placed at 51/1 is looking pretty decent... odds are currently down to 12/1.

They are showing Durant warming up. Looks kinda off. Glad he is starting. Siakim needs to drive right at him every possession.

Apparently he lost like 20 lbs of mostly muscle while sitting... the recovery really did a number on him. At full health OG's definitely the best matchup off the bench, but who knows where he's at... I think you definitely want to make Durant try to beat you off the dribble and not just shoot overtop of you, which makes Powell and McCaw less than ideal with their lack of height. And while Leonard and Siakam are the best options to guard him, you want to be careful about either of those guys getting into foul trouble Even five minutes of OG would be nice.

Paid for Sportsnet NOW to watch this game and it will not sign in. Too much traffic I guess.

Sportsnet NOW is clearly an oxymoron

Raptors playing well to start... nothing you can really do about the otheer team shooting 5/5 from 3. Just keep it up and they'll come back to Earth.

Weather the early storm. The Warriors aren’t going to shoot 100% from 3 all game.
