I can't stand the new Iphone commercial. I think it is called Parenthood or something. It has that boring, slow melody and images of parents and kids utilizing the phone for various things.
I don't know if it is just the song or my dislike for Apple products or whatever but I just hate that commercial.
There's a car commercial where some d-bag is holding an ice cream cone and he starts talking about good old vanilla or some crap. So dooshy. I have no idea what brand of car it is. Terrible marketing.

Were you watching Jerry Springer? because I just saw it yesterday when it was a holiday Monday and turned on Jerry expecting some good TV, I was wrong.
Did I just see Apple rip off Dead Poet's Society in their latest commercial? I only caught the last couple seconds, but if so, not cool, man. Not cool.
I wonder how people will react to it. Will they not like it because it seems too soon to be trying to use his work to make some cash, or will they see it as an homage?
It was produced a while ago with Williams' involvement. I don't know if they took the audio from the movie or he re-recorded it, but it had been airing before his death.
EDIT: Apple posted it to YouTube on January 12, so it was airing for quite a while before his death.
