this one hasn't really convinced me yet. Has nothing to do with the lack of screaming (some of my favourite Spiritbox songs have little to no screaming), just feels a bit bland to me. But I had the same feeling with "Secret Garden" back then and that one did click at some point, so hoping for the same here ... pretty funny too because it does remind me of "Secret Garden" in general.
Seems like they are venturing deeper down the Rotoscope path with the incorporating of more electronics. I actually don't mind clean vocals throughout the entire song as their formula of clean vocals building up to a breakdown in the back half of the song was getting a little repetitive.
Jeff Hanneman passed away 10 years ago today. I can't believe it's been a decade, I remember getting Slayer's "Decade of Aggression" on cassette when it came out.
Here's some demos he did.

not as good as the last single "Doomswitch", but still solid. Love the vocal dynamics with their new keyboardist, she's awesome. Chorus is very Architects-esque, surprised me for sure.

they are quickly becoming one of my favourite bands. Their last two albums were already pretty good, but those recent singles have been on another level. Very creative band with an insanely talented vocalist.
