I've got a feeling that Carroll is going to get one.

Kos and Kaboul would have been their best partnership, Kaboul is injured, I don't know why Kos isn't involved

Arsenal's French prospects being hammered by critics on the gamecast:

M'Vila underwhelming? Giroud missing shots? Both sound perfect for Arsenal!

Just give them a penalty. I dont care if the ball isnt even in England's half, just give the Ukraine a penalty. Just do it. Hell give them two.

Very selfish play by the Ox. Should have been a breakaway.

Larsson to sink the French! England will win the group.

as nice as some upsets are in the group stages, it's still big match ups that are a little more delish

France/Spain and England/Italy definitely qualify there

Those are nice matches. The English will be happy to have dodged Spain.

Sweden will be kicking themselves for letting two leads slip in the first two games.

Yeah, but at least now they have a chance of reaching Germany. Spain would have crushed England.

France gets the result most likely to eliminate them, still advances.

Very true. I like Germany's chances in that match. I fully expect Germany to progress past Greece but I dont think England can handle Italy.

Happy to see Italy-England, as it is a different match up for the Italians.

It seems that France-Italy are always paired together in either the knockout stages or qualifying for major tournaments.

I can't remember the last time Italy played England at a major tournament to be honest.

You can always count on England choking. Maybe they make it past Italy (although I don't think they will) but that will be the end of them. Quite possibly the most overrated soccer nation in the world.
