Bassitt would have like 7 less earned runs against if Vardho doesn't lose a ball in the sun in Ansheim and the Ump doesn't blow a Strike 3 call against Seattle. Since the first start he's been pretty consistent.

Well he got out of that inning again. I think they have to be happy with that and go to the pen. Last time they tried to go 5-6 with him it blew up.

Absolutely nothing wrong with that outing whatsoever.
1 mistake was blasted over the fence but otherwise, really good stuff overall.
Good to see as he is a really easy guy to cheer for.
