Also, Quinn Hughes is on an IV Drip in intensive care.
#### Sekeres and Price.

Apparently jaw related but I am not sure they've said.
I am mocking Sekeres and Price's penchant for making #### up when they don't have a particularly salacious negative story to run. One of their more egregious made up stories was that during the bubble year's covid break out, many Canucks were in intensive care and that Quinn Hughes was even on an IV Drip daily to stay hydrated.
It was all made up and none of it was true and they got called out for it. It's happened a few times, particularly Sekeres. So I am pointing out they can't be trusted.

No on thinks they get along. What people doubt is if it's to the point they are constantly fighting. It's more the same as any work place where people don't particularly get along. You come in. You do your job, you leave.
What Taj leaves out (as he loves to do) is that Tocchet and Hughes are getting sick and tired of answering questions about it. Not the in room situation itself. Most of the organization is sick of this since the situation in its current form is mostly media created and just will not go away. Even Horvat has come out and said "It's really not worth all this attention." Will they trade one of the players? Maybe, but I doubt it is because of the actual situation in the room and more to just get the circus to leave town because its getting old. It's either trade someone, or start winning. Either one of those solve the problem.

I find it hilarious Vancouvers top two forwards are ripping the team apart. Captain Hughes can't stand it but isn't the right kind of captain to do anything about it. You know the dressing room is divided between Petey and JT. All that money thrown into sabotaging themselves. Simply awesome.
The Canucks are totally no good.

No one knows the destiny of the Canucks this season and beyond. This board laughed at Quinn Hughes for a long time in years past , that he had the makings of a star D.

No Stanley Cups & occasional riots?
Every knows the destiny of the Canucks; it's the surest thing in sport.

I don't get those vibes from Pettersson at all. Pettersson seems quite engaged with the team and wants the team to win.
Pettersson is a young guy, who doesn't speak English as his first language, he's not going to be as engaged as Miller. Miller's likely over-engaged and needs to chill out. All reports I've seen show that Pettersson gets along with other players and engages socially:
https://www.reddit.com/r/canucks/com..._he_and_elias/
I get that the Canucks are competing "now", but Miller is 31, almost 32. I don't see the Canucks competing this year, so trading Pettersson and keeping the 32 year old player with a history of conflict seems nuts to me.
If anything, the Canucks, even without the Pettersson/Miller beef, should be looking at trading Miller for reasons of asset management alone. Miller's likely got 1-3 good years left. The Canucks aren't winning with what they have now, so trade Miller for a couple of big younger assets and run it out again while Hughes and Pettersson are still in their primes.

Apparently Canucks and Rangers close to something this morning.
Speculation of Miller, obviously, but the return will be interesting. Last time these teams danced this dance, Lafreniere and Schneider were who the Canucks wanted and wouldn't budge off that ask. I am not sure it's changed even with those two being established NHLers now.

Christ no. I didn't even know he was still around.
It's bouncing around Vancouver sports twitter, so I suppose they could have got it from him.
