So you must be a 'pro-torture/the ends justify the means' kind of guy then?

The best part is that it's lead to Tyldesley and Townsend taking a number of shots at the goal line official and Blatter.

Where was that kind of goalkeeping on the first goal?

I told you, Hungarian officiating staff is a guaranteed win for England.

This is Ukraine's 4th choice goalkeeper, he's hit and miss.

Forget Walcott coming on, they're a better team for pulling off Milner.

Theres Shevchenko.

I have an idea, in a billion euro tournament, how about spending a couple of hundred on a camera and screen. Rather than the official behind the goal, who I assume is blind as a hat tip to the PC crowd.

Well they may want to inform the linesman on the near side of the offside rule then. He's missed two on Milevskiy.

This is old Soviet bloc man. Manpower in place of technology every time. Do they even have televisions over there?

England & Sweden ahead is eerily reminiscent to me of Sunderland/United & City/QPR.

Well, good news for England fans, Mexes receives a card and this will miss France's quarterfinal match.

Most likely guy to draw in is Laurent Koscielny so France will most likely lose that match based on the fact that Koscielny is awful. They're a one-and-done after the group stage most likely.

Igotta tell you, I've seen loads of Bart (Kos's hair is similar to an early Bart Simpson hairstyle) and I think he is one fantastic defender now.

But I guess we should save this discussion for that brand spanking new EPL 12/13 thread.
