CP Mafia 2 - Town Square Showdown - Game Over

Just read the reveal. I didn't see any one claiming he was lying, but I was skimming through on my phone. I am not doubting it, since any cop worth his salt would have investigated me early on due to my early screw ups.

My thoughts are still that CC is our best vote. The bulk of hia actions haven't been town actions, and the ones which could be town actions are easily explained by him trying to fit in, since they are not anti-town but more inconsequential, such as being the 2nd last vote on starseed, who was going down anyway.

The only downside is that scum crossfire ends right now, so we need to be sure.

I don't have time to figure out on my phone who else is left but the known town will die first to night kills, especially those ones which are viewed as a threat. The reason I pointed this out, is if you have been outted, make sure any thoughts you have are on the table before the Lynch comes in.

My current list in order of suspicion.

CC - outlined a couple pages back
Sillias - based on his post that I just quoted
Completely - based mostly on his affiliation with CC at this point

I will be at a vendor movie thing till early this afternoon, so won't be available to comment on any developments until that point m

I am leaving my vote with CC at this point, but if anyone wants to lay out a solid case against the other 2 that doesn't involve a RNG, I will consider switching

Joining the game has been less fun than I expected it to be with the bad vibes yesterday.

And being everyone's #1 suspect half based on my predecessor's actions isn't very fun either. So yeah sure I encourage it. I'm kind of curious to see if the barrow is going to go public after night 6 when they kill the cop/doctor in one swoop and you guys lynched another townie.

I initially voted agulati just to apply pressure to see cracks. His defense was not very effective, but that is not why I decided to maintain my vote. I think his flipping mafia could help us in more ways than just getting rid of one mafia. My gut feeling would be completely/captain first. Maybe with saillies investigated? Ok down for whatever, but I just have a bad feeling with Kermit dropping out. I mean I know the signs are there, but mafia quitting the game just seems weird to me.

With Agulati I jumped on his posting blunder but everyone did because it was suspicious as hell.

With my accusation of HG15 it was because it was early in the game and he appeared to be throwing a ton of accusations out.

It seems that people are being fairly dishonest in terms of their accusations of me. Low post activity was one, clearly not true and the long weekend was the long weekend.

If you look at my history, I've tried to accuse people by inconsistencies or outright lies in their posts (Lego) and in lego's case combined with a hard protect of a mafia member, and now he's posting up, oh the random thing was a joke, it was no joke when he was using it to go after a member here go back to I think the second day when he used it and then threw in a lie to sell it, he was completely serious.

And what link to Completely, that's the funny thing in a game with a bunch of players, there are links? Was it because he oh my god agreed with something I said? No wonder we seem to be better at killing towns people then we are at killing scum.

Call me crazy, I'm keeping my vote on Lego, to me his scum indicators are off the chart and he's done a great deal in duping you all. But its a sign of my conviction and good faith.

Oh and what was my reaction to Baxter declaring doctor that was so damn indictive of mafia? I'm curious about that too, because frankly I laid out the possible scenario, ohhhhh that's so suspicious.

The "doctor" is still alive is something that should be looked at harder then it is.

But maybe that's just me.

All the rest of us are unconfirmed, or made no claim. I am really struggling this game. It seems much harder to pick out patterns or styles of posting/voting, perhaps that is because there is/are two scumbag factions.

I do want to put this sober word of warning out. What if Dissentower, Baxter, and one of those “investigated” players is in fact the Barrow Mafia. While I don’t think this is the case, per se, I do want to voice theses concerns, because as we know the Mafia can chat in their own form.

That being said I think we need to pick a target, and do some combined investigation.

I would like to know/see the vote count.

It's vital. Not only do we immediately drop the mafia kills, but we also ensure one final investigation to go through... Which could all but win it for the town if he investigates Barrow.

So I'm going to post some potential scenarios for what happens tonight if you do decide to lynch me or anyone who flips town.

Scenario a: One of parker/barrow kills the cop and the other kills the doctor. You lose.

Scenario b: Parker and barrow both target dissentower, the doctor protects him, so they killed nobody. You're down 1 townie, but you still have a fighting chance on day 7 to try again.

Scenario c: Parker and barrow both target Baxter. Dissentower does his investigation. Dissentower has to hit the last Parker with his investigation or it's probably game over.
