Most of the time I can kind of see (if I squint) how a ref call a weak penalty, but Fiala hit the puck carrier body on body, dead on. There was no knee on knee, there was no head contact.

Looking at the officiating in this game and knowing that there was a sudden referee change before the game, it's hard not to think that things aren't being rigged to try and ensure that McDavid advances for league marketing purposes. I hope the Kings can persevere, but the deck is being stacked against them.

Seriously, someone needs to start investigating the NHL and calling them out on this.
