I guess I'm not their audience, but I don't get what people see in this snowboarding half pipe. All the tricks look pretty similar to me. Boring.

There's no way we medal in the half-pipe. Our guy has 33.8 (one more run to go), but the leader(s) are getting 42's+ and Shaun White will probably pull a 45+.

Maybe Im crazy but I didnt think he was that much better than the other guys I saw, Im wondering if he was given more points thanks to name recognition.

lol it's not everybody's cup of tea. Although you can see that he does tricks that nobody else would dare to do as well as getting ridiculous air doing it.
Since nobody is going to beat his score, Shaun White should just ride right down the middle of the pipe and collect his Gold medal.

The only thing disappointing about White's first run was he didn't throw some crazy secret trick that he's been working on at his crazy secret half pipe. Otherwise, sweet jesus he's good.
