Why didn't the writer of the twelve year old article in People Magazine mention the "incident" in her story. Because it did not happen!
I just keep playing this scene over and over in my head.
Night of the election after polling has closed Clinton walks out on stage to give her acceptance speech. Trump walks on stage from the opposite side and walks towards the podium. He announces "You win", shakes Hilary's hand and hands her a crisp one dollar bill a la Randolph and Mortimer Duke of Trading Places.

The Deplorables favorite hashtag right now is #NextFakeTrumpVictim. Wonder what kind of meltdowns they'd have if #NextFakeBillVictim trended. And does that word continue to seem omniscient or what? Like she knew they'd reveal how deplorable they are as people over time.

First of all, how does he have time to talk to some random Serbian weekly? Second, he's now backing Slobodan Milosevic commitment of genocide. And third, way to throw people off the I'm not a Russian stooge scent. Self awareness, clearly lacking.
Quote:
U.S. presidential candidate Donald Trump has issued an apology for his country’s decision to bomb Serbia during Bill Clinton’s tenure at the White House.
U.S. and NATO allies launched aerial campaigns against the faltering Yugoslav regime, targeting ethnic Serb troops in 1995 and 1999. The first attack was carried out in support of groups in Bosnia and Herzegovina, seeking independence from Belgrade, while the second was in support of similar forces in Kosovo.
"The bombing of Serbs, who were our allies in both world wars, was a big mistake,” Trump told Serbian weekly magazine Nedeljnik. “Serbians are very good people. Unfortunately, the Clinton administration caused them a lot of harm, but also throughout the Balkans, which they made a mess out of."
Quote:
Trump did not specify how he would have handled the situation differently, but vowed to have “a new policy with the Balkans if (he) won” the election.
The NATO bombings are still a controversial issue in Serbia, which has been transformed since the collapse of the Communist Yugoslav Federation, into an EU candidate country.
Eric Gordy, professor in Southeast European Politics at University College London told Newsweek Trump’s words echo the tactic used by the Russian government to cultivate support among Serbs.
“The most obvious interpretation of his statement is that it is another sign of alignment with Russia,” he says. “To be honest, this kind of statement is usually more a symbolic attempt for Russian politicians to drum up resentment towards the U.S.,” Gordy explains.
“I expect this is probably just rhetoric by Trump as U.S. policy in the Balkans has been pretty consistently supportive of Serbia since they waged the aerial campaign in the 1990s,” Gordy adds. “Otherwise it is hard to imagine that the U.S. could be more pro-Serbia at the moment.”
And with Hillary up 12 in Pennsylvania, ball game.
Well from 538 right now I believe Trump needs Arizona, Iowa, Ohio, NC, Florida, and Pennsylvania (or Nevada AND Colorado).
They are all currently leaning Blue and in cases like Ohio and Iowa the state GOP leadership is actively working against Trump.
While PA isn't any closer than Virginia it is worth more electoral votes so that's where you want to concentrate. Strategy wise it is likely what he has to do to start turning the ones he really needs Red.
The problem is, I think the campaign is going to also have to spend a lot of time defending some that are barely red at this point. Georgia for one. Maybe Missouri. Heck even Texas is moving towards being more of a toss up than anyone thought. No polls conducted after the tapes and debate yet on that though.
Well I guess that's not really a problem for the people in this world that don't support Trump.

I feel sorry for Americans. What a absolute gong show, the people deserve better than this. Or maybe they are getting what they want and deserve... Just sad it has went this far, we have great neighbors to the south and if I was in their position I would be irate at what's happening.
But what do you do? Vote for the mouth breather with the libertarian party? Guess I'd go with Jill Stein although idealogically she's about as far away from what I would want as a representative. At least she's not a troglodyte.
Meanwhile while everyone has been distracted with grabbing kitties and Pepe the frog, we are all dangerously close to war with Russia. Honestly think it's going to happen regardless of what November brings. Hell, it may come to blows before then anyways.

Man this campaign team just can't stop digging....
Assault victims don't usually come forward at all. There is no time frame on when someone feels they can. If they cared at all about sexual assault or unwanted advances they'd know this and know it to be an exceptionally stupid thing to say right now.
Also, for years and years women were told to shut up and turn the other way. That even if they say something they won't be taken seriously because well they are a mere female and doubly so if the guy was powerful (almost like Trump said exactly that on a certain leaked tape!) That clearly still continues today. And it's beyond sad.
If anyone wanted proof that rape culture exists and is an issue this past week has given more than enough evidence. Top that up with the ridiculous things judges have said the past 12 months and things GOP leaders said last election cycle....
This could get fun if he manages to continue to turn the female vote more and more against him AND motivates that demographic to vote even more than they are normally vote (women vote more and make up more than 50% of the electorate). He could turn Texas blue! Wouldn't that be a kick in the pants for the GOP.

I have a different scene. The commentator is Jim Ross of WWF fame along with Jerry Lawler.
Ross "There she is, Hillary, struttin her stuff after the desctruction of Trump."
Trumps music plays
Lawler "waaaahhhhhh!!!!!"
Ross "IS THAT TRUMP'S MUSIC? It can't be!"
Lawler "there he is!!!!!"
Trump comes on stage, does a stare, grabs a mic
Ross "business is about to pick up"
Trump mumbles something or other, you think he's going to strangle Hillary, and then says something like "It's time isn't in Hill? Don't you think it's time?"
Ross "No Donald, don't do it!!"
Donald takes his tie off, then his jacket, rips off his button down shirt to reveal a Hillary campaign shirt.
Ross "OH MY GOD! No! NO!"
At which point Trump and Hillary hug, and he raises her arm in victory while she is beaming ear to ear, while saying "That's right" and then points to her head. All the 'mericans are stunned, the Republics are seen in the background stunned. It was all a plan from the getgo to get Hillary the Presidency.
It would be a fitting end and a crushing blow to the tried and true Trump supporters. It was all a work from day one and they didn't know it.
THAT, would be a fitting end to this circus.

You missed where he snears at the audience and inducts all of America into the Kiss my a$$ campaign.
This whole election is one big bowl of stupid. On one hand the latest leaks of emails against Hillary where her campaign workers called Latino's needy, insulted every catholic in the country and took shots at Sander's supporters, on top of her wall street insider views on top of the email and security stuff would have killed her late in the campaign. But she's running against something worse then her, and that's pretty tough to do.
I salute you America, only you could do a Bloom Countyesque, meadow partty style election where the campaign slogan would be vote for me, I'm terrible, but I'm not as terrible as my opponent.

Now that I'm reading this, I'm actually a little surprised and bummed out that nobody on the internet has edited Clinton/Trump/Sanders heads etc. onto wrestling videos. I mean, Trump did have a stint wrestling some years ago. . . .
I kind of disagree about the wikileaks emails, everything I've read that's been pushed by Trump supporters as being horrible is hardly more than typical campaign stuff. Even the worst of it like "Needy Latinos" isn't a racist comment or a comment on latinos' character, it's in context of groups of leadership during the campaign wanting/needing attention. The stuff about the Catholic church seems like nothing as every person in the email exchange is Catholic, it's talking about Catholics being backwards on gender relations (which many Catholics would agree with), Clinton wasn't even copied, and Podesta didn't respond.
It's all very boring. The "worst" one I've seen is Clinton's stance on wanting a more open western hemisphere while now supposedly opposing the TPP, which at worst is flip-flopping which politicians do all the time. That's one where Trump's campaign could be hitting Clinton hard on.
The Podesta emails are nothing more than people trying to find tempests in teapots so far.
