I'm not sure why Kroenke is torching bridges already. He is no sure thing to be approved to move at all. In fact he's the least likely

"No NFL club would be interested in the RSA's New St. Louis Stadium," the application reads. "Any NFL Club that signs on to this proposal in St. Louis will be well on the road to financial ruin, and the League will be harmed."

According to a study cited by the Rams, St. Louis, which also is home to MLB's Cardinals and the NHL's Blues, ranks 61st out of 64 major cities in recent economic growth and has the lowest population growth of any major U.S. city since 2008. In bold letters, the application says San Diego and Oakland are "substantially stronger markets than the St. Louis market."

I've been to Qualcomm two times before. In comparison to McMahon Stadium, its 100X better, however we need to compare apples to apples. In the NFL comparison, it vastly lacks in terms of amenities, size, boxes and in-game experience. That being said, the two times I have been there I have really enjoyed the stadium.

The problem with San Diego is two-fold; one, its a city full of transplants and a cheap flight, which makes it a desirable place for opposing fans to watch their team play. Two, most fans are upset at the current ownership and the city, as they have been trying to get a new stadium built for the last 15 years. This has lead a lot Charger Fans to sell their season tickets to opposing fans. Also, it doesn't help that they were 4-12 last year. I hope that the Rams end up moving to the Inglewood site and the city of SD and Spanos can come together to agree on the latest SD stadium proposal

The thing is, what happens to all these other teams trying to get new stadiums when they lose their LA leverage? It seems like the negotiations immediately become more difficult for them.

For the average joe that didn't allready know this. You can watch the NFL Playoffs if you have Telus Optic TV on your mobile phone. You need to download the app, with an iPhone it is not that simple unfortunately. The app on the iPhone will not let you complete the registration process. You need to call or live chat a Telus tech to complete the registration process. They will send a link to complete the registration process on the computer. Then you can log in on your iPhone and watch live TV. US channels can not be viewed over the mobile network. However, the NFL playoffs are on CTV and those channels can be viewed over the mobile network.

Ya, I don't have enough experience with different NFL stadiums to know why Qualcomm is so undesirable, but there are obviously things you don't even notice or realize when you are just an occasional visitor.

I will say that tailgating at Qualcomm is awesome- not just because of the weather, but the design of the parking lot makes it very easy to circle. That said, Im not sure there are many NFL stadiums that have truly bad tailgating experiences? Other than the winter cities late in the season maybe.

And for me, once Im in a stadium, I am literally just so happy to be there, I don't spend a lot of time looking around at the amenities anyway. Literally get to my seat and stay put.

Getting out of Qualcomm after a game is a nightmare, but that is essentially the case everywhere, no? The line for the tram was really unbelievable.

Megatron is considering retirement. I'm starting to think this is the future of the NFL, more and more guys retiring late 20's/early 30's to save their bodies/minds from the punishment long term.

It's a shame his generational talent was wasted playing for that tire fire of an organization. It's Barry Sanders all over again.

Sean Payton announces he's staying as Saints HC in 2016. Phew. A year (or two?) too early.

Once I heard compensation would've been a lone second round pick, I was not on board.

I personally like Goff, but he's hardly a slam dunk pick. There are a lot of questions about his arm strength at the pro level.

Where's the love for Brandon Weeden? He saved your season! But seriously, even though coach of the year will be either Ron Rivera or Andy Reid, Bill O'Brien has done an amazing job over two years. 18 wins with Fitzpatrick, Hoyer, Mallett, Keenum, Tom Savage, TJ Yates and Weeden as his QBs? Impressive to say the least. Bucs hired Lovie instead of O'Brien and clearly they missed out on that one.

Bruce Arians will be ahead of Andy Reid on most peoples lists.

The Texans are a lot like the Chiefs where they were a talented team that completely fell apart and went 2-14 and ended up with a top pick. This is proven by the fact that this number one overall pick has done very little, but they've rebounded to still win 9 games in each of the last two seasons.

The Texans were actually a much better team before that one awful year as they'd been to the playoffs two times with Matt Schaub and TJ Yates at QB and had built up a pretty solid roster outside of the QB position. Had they gone out and traded the picks to get Alex Smith when the Chiefs did, I think they would be considered a lot more dangerous team than they are and might still have Gary Kubiak coaching them with a 5th consecutive playoff appearance.

Bill O'Brien has been okay as a coach, he did a good job getting his team to regroup after Miami hung 41 first half points on them. But lets face it they won 9 games in a really bad Division, with a lot of talent that he inherited on defence. The coach himself had a bit of a hand in the QB mess that he had. But do you think he really did a better job than say Todd Bowles? Really I think he did a better job last year as his team rebounded from that bad season and had a better point differential.

That all said...he still likely was a better option than Lovie Smith.
