If the google maps boat is correct, it's a "water" boat sitting in somebody's backyard in storage with a tarp over it. But maybe it's a space-boat and he's getting ready to blast off.

Boat is the backyard of the house. Owner of the home said she called police when she found bloody clothes in her shed. Noticed things were moved around.
This was prior to barrage of gunfire.

I hope he doesn't comitt suicide as a means of avoiding arrest. We need to find why they did this and if there were any others involved in this bombing.
