I don't know if you are serious or not but just because they are morons, which they most surely are, is not enough for a Form 8 to be ordered by a judge and even then there isn't a doctor in the city who would order a Form 1, let alone the two required in order to have someone held against their will for a period of 30+ days. Furthermore the costs to the health care system would be in the millions of dollars for roughly 20 people to be detained in a secure psychiatric unit.

The question is raised, is anyone who is homeless a danger to themselves or others if the main factor is them sleeping outside or in a tent?

Damn my color blindness and my ability to pick green text, but no on the insanity thing I wasn't really serious.

Even though to me a bunch of morons willingly camping out in Winter are certainly a danger to themselves.

At some point you would hope that these people would get a dose of reality, realize that they're embarressing themselves, making occupyer's in general look bad, and pissing off the people who they're suppossed to be supporting and bring awareness about.

The fact that they have this whole conspiracy theory going that because the Judge, Prosecutor and their lawyer are part of the same bar are in cohoots to destroy thier movement.

The fact that on the so called Occupy day of action that they did nothing points to me that they don't even understand the occupyer movement and are pretty much trying to live rent and cost free.

Personally it would be nice if the Judge would tell them to get the hell out of the park and then send them to the remand center for a free hosing down for stinking up his court room.

These idiots are giving protestors a bad name period.
