I know a lot of you seem to like the Jimmy/Timmy episodes so be prepared for the new one on Wednesday (US) or Sunday (Can).

Jimmy and Timmy head off to summer camp with all their "handi-capable" friends. Competition is the name of the game this summer. There is no time for Jimmy and his friends to slack off. They are working to be this year's champions at summer camp. Jimmy suits up and prepares to shred in the annual surfing contest.[1]
South park has traditionally followed up the amazing episode arcs (ie - go god go!, imagination land) with really, really bad episodes. It may have been good if they gave a damn, but they just seemed to give the characters missing in 200/201 their own episode for no good reason and kept making an easy and crappy joke through the whole thing.

It was ok, not that funny and it got kind of stale but what ev's. I'll go watch the Crips episode Ozy is talking about, easily in the top 5 best episodes (we have already discussed this, it just is top 5).

...the missing characters...my thought exactly, they missed Towelie, Timmy, Jimmy, in the last two episodes...so they made a return here. I did kind of like how they through Clyde in at the end in the intervention part...and he didn't even say anything, it was just kind "hey we didn't have Clyde last week either"
...there was a lot of looney tunes references also, which I enjoyed...even if I wasn't that familiar with them, they were recognizeable
..."I'm walkin' on sunshine"

That's the bottom line, because StoneCole said so!
The three part "Coon II" storyline has been fantastic. Kenny being revealed as Mysterion and explaining his powers to Captain Hindsight was one of the best scenes in SP history. For the most part tho this 2nd half of the season hasn't been too great but not awful either.
I loved the part of Insheeption where one of the characters says something like "just because a movie has an overly complex and convoluted plot doesn't make it intelligent!!"
The 2nd half of this season has been rather meh to me. The coon storyline had some great moments, like Kenny saying he can't die etc, and some other funny moments, but nothing too amazing
