They had their chance early and blew it with their plethora of ######ed penalties.

Really discipline has been a problem for this team since the Higgins years and even under Huff has never really improved. It's the same old thing of the Stamps fighting themselves and their opponents.

The problem is that Burris really shows it with bad plays, being the QB.
