Does anyone else think the instigator penalty should be void if the player they fight gets a game misconduct for a dirty hit?

Yes, since it is the most subjective penalty call anyway it makes no sense to give the ref the ability to call it after a dirty hit like that.

NHL.com now shows only two Huberdeaus in the penalty box. Maybe the third one came out and that's what GioforPM saw.
