People must be mad that Kadri and Huberdeau are playing well.

Yeah the salute to the Gaudreau's in the box. Surprised Sportsnet didn't pick that up.

I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again

Kevin Bahl is good defensively

Offensively, plays die on his stick. Usually in an understated context, but also apparently on grade A opportunities

He's no offensive dynamo but I've found him to be decent offensively. For a big young stay at home Sarich type D man, he's doing quite well IMO. Would it be nice if he could get one finally, absolutely. But 8 got all sorts of time for Kevin Bahl growing in the Flames organization.

I've seen plenty of raw takes on Bahl throughout the season and most have been pretty negative about him but he's been solid and steady all the way through. He's not an anchor on Razz and for a 1st year pairing that's a pretty solid sign.

Shows Bahl can work in the top 4 long term and will make a solid d pairing for one of the two Offensive d men on their way to the big team. He doesn't really need to be offensive so long as he can get feeder point off working with some great offensive players like Parekh or Brzustewicz .

26/27 top 4 LD? I'm pencilling in Bahl and Grushnikov to go with Parekh and Brzustewicz .

You've said it before (along with everyone's whose watched him since he was drafted)

Decent - good energy. Set up Rooney but it wasn’t converted.

We all have our own interpretations of it based on preconceptions built from personal experiences, it's whatever. Just wish it was done with a little more empathy and wasn't quite so masturbatory in prompting recognition for support they've received (which even if pre-approved is just in generally poor form to me personally)

Given the empathetic interview that Les did with Meredith on US T'giving....what you suggest is highly dubious to me. He is clearly VERY close to them and was extraordinarily careful during that interview. Can't see him changing, so suspect that the questions were largely pre-discussed at least in general.

I would say the odds would be +200. There really wouldn’t be an “over under” for a game to go to OT. It either goes to OT or it doesn’t.

Sharangovich looks off again. Needs to shoot more and keep it simple. Seems like he’s forcing things.

People complain about Huberdeau’s contract. But Sharangovich’s is going to be like a lead balloon as well
