Dont worry, Liverpool will take good care of him!

Has he actually signed for Liverpool or can we expect him in a Chelsea kit tomorrow?

I believe he is in Jurgen's trunk in a Liverpool kit bag.

Players didn't go over halfway because everytime we did the opposition would easily score, on the weekend we gave up 2 goals and 3 more absolute sitters by playing so high. So fans can get excited by it but it will result in worse results than what we saw under Conte.

Conte's job wasn't to provide "exciting" losses, it was to win games and finish as high as possible, that is what he did better than anyone else could given the absolute garbage he was given for players.
They played scared I dont know how anyone could watch the difference in 1st and 2nd halfs last year and not see conte was limiting the movement of the midfield, that coupled with an off year for son, left kane as the only real option in creating goals

In terms of the goals and chances to brentford, it's a new system, plenty of teams have gone through that, if they are still allowing chances like that in january then it's an issue

What is amazing is they had that problem before Conte got there and Conte never had that issue at his other clubs but somehow the issue is with Conte not the players.

Well it was both. Look at it like this: we had a defensive coach so we naturally bought guys like Deki, Richarlison, Porro and other offensively minded guys, but now we have offensively minded coach and we're getting g guys like VDV in. It's Spurs through and through!

The truth is players like Dier weren't good enough 7/8 years ago and he's still there. I like Ben Davies, but he's another. Davinson Sanchez seems like a nice guy, but just not good enough. I can't be bothered to look, but we probably bought him in 2017? Levy and whoever has been running the transfers pretty clearly have no clue what to do. Paratici was finally making things coherent and doing some good work, but of course he's got another 26/27 months of that pesky little ban.

Rumours heating up that those ogre c**ts Glaziers won’t sell, and the Sheikh is poking around Spurs.

I want full on riots. Make that cancelled Liverpool match look like child’s play.

I didn't see where the Sheikh is poking around Spurs, but I did say to Locke today that if we did get bought by the Qataris most fans would immediately justify it. The sport is overrun with bad actors, but at least Wed have a hope of competing with them.

(To be clear, it's not something I want to see, and it was just coincidence that we were talking about it.)

Sheikh Jassim woukd be a dream come true for Spurs. Owners that actually want to win a d would take advantages of all the positives Spurs have as a club.

With our owner out on bail for insider trading after making it rich tanking the British pound and then clearing out a part of rural Argentina for his personal needs I am not sure we can brag about having the moral superiority to anyone.

I'll ignore the horrible defending and appreciate the wonderful run instead.

pretty shocking that they've just sold Caicedo and MacAllister for a lot of money ... and still have talented players like Mitoma, Enciso, Ferguson and Estupinan. What a brilliantly run club.

well at least Uniteds on-the-field performance matches their off-the-field performance. Pathetic.

United should be embarrassed to lose to this Spurs team, although missing so many sitters obviously doesn’t help.

Mitoma is a great player; always causes Arsenal problems when we play them. Would love to have him on my team.

there's many problems, but I think midfield is the biggest one. It's early, but the Mount signing looks like a huge mistake already. With Casemiro getting older and Fernandes always being the 10 in a midfield three, throwing in Mount between those two just makes little sense. There's zero balance or chemistry to it, and other teams are exploiting it.

Pretty soft red card for MacAllister today. But the craziest part is that he hasn’t yet played two full games for us and I think he might be the most important name on the team sheet already.

VVD needs to pull his head out of his ass and start taking charge of his back line.

The number of times I saw two or more of our Defenders run into each other was appalling and absolutely no communication with Alisson.

You want to be the Captain? Start doing Captain things and organizing that back 4.
