What an inexcusably stupid reason for the Blackhawks to give to cancelling the Pride jerseys. Instead of worrying about the slim possibility of this affecting a professional hockey player thousands of miles away, maybe focus on the LGBTQ+ that are living under such a blatantly discriminatory law and regime?

see, this is how you deal with it as an organization ... both the Panthers and Sharks have done well with this. Let the losers put out their statement and opt out, but carry on with it without them. Not surprising that the Blackhawks of all teams manage to screw this up.

What is there to respect about a disgusting statement like that?
If you think the earth is 6,000 years old that's embarrassing for you but I'm not going to respect it. If you think that snakes can talk and there is a magical fairy land called heaven that's really embarrassing for you and those beliefs deserve no respect. If you won't even acknowledge gay people's right to live their life and welcome them to a hockey game then you are a piece of garbage deserving zero respect.

Outrage culture is alive and well. The Staal's are no enormous #######s? People assumed Kadri wasn't going to wear a jersey based on Reimer making a different comparison? SMH, what is going on here?
