flames are playing some good hockey . look much more composed , like you would expect from a veteran group

Found that chart of how Flyers 1st round picks haven’t scored much goals for them pretty interesting.
…then realized the Flames only have one of their own first round picks playing for them (Backlund).

Interesting watching the Flyers feed.
The commentators that period talked about how Torts wants his team to be able to shut down plays, and that they won't have success until they can play both side of the puck. And then they go on to praise the Flames for doing just that.
Being able to turn on 'non event hockey' might be boring, but it's obvious when your team can't do it.

I thought the top 3 lines all have been playing well. Tonight the Backlund and Kadri lines look a little sharper, but the boys are dictating the play for the most part.

I look at Kadri getting frustrated with his lineages and I immediately think of two comedy bits, 1st from Jerry Maguire: HELP ME! HELP ME HELP YOU!
And the other Kevin Hart with his similar bit.
