How Old Are You

43. Always wondered about age of posters here. Joined a few years ago as I knew somebody on CP. I really needed a forum for venting about the flames - my wife couldn't care less about hockey (plus she was an oilers fan when she was young) and I have small kids. Wife and kids are all asleep by 9:30, so the expletives I was hurling at the TV was really becoming an issue for my wife (especially against the oilers). Now I just rage quietly on CP and reading similar rage is really cathartic....

Edit: Holy smokes I just saw under my avatar I joined 10 years ago. So, more than a few. Where does time go?

Don’t get me wrong, my wife is my goddess and we’re happily married 10 years. Despite her Edmonton origins... ��
She just doesn’t get true passion for a team and hears me calling somebody on the oilers a ******* p**** and thinks it’s vile. Same way I am not around her when greys anatomy is on- also vile.
So basically CP is good for my marriage.
