I guess Stars are really feeling great about their game after eliminating a powerhouse in 6!

Dallas seems to have flipped a switch offensively

The score 5 goals in the round robin (4 when you take away the shootout goal) and have scored 31 goals in their 8 playoff games including 5 games with 5 or more goals.

They were better in one of three periods...they allowed 18 shots and four goals in the 2nd and the Stars locked down the third

I guess the Stars just had to get into the swing of playoff hockey. They really turned a corner yet again after scoring that late goal that tied the series 1-1 against Calgary.

Yeah, last night's game was eerily similar to Game #6. Colorado—like Calgary—came out and owned Dallas in the first period, and secured a two-goal lead early in the second. Dallas responded with emphasis in the second.

And that includes two games (Games 3 and 4) when Talbot was basically standing on his head the entire game.

Yes, very impressive that a journeyman goalie like Khobodin is playing the way he has. He had a really good season as well, his stats were better the Bishop.

Playoffs are weird when it comes to players and teams. Some teams just get over that mental hurdle and they start to play with so much confidence.

I still remember I signed Khudobin for my CPHL team back in 2005. He was very strong prospect from the start

This Stars team is just built for the playoffs. With St. Louis out, I could see Dallas going for a run at the Cup. They were one goal away from eliminating the eventual champs last spring, so it’s definitely possible. Heiskanen is just an absolute horse.

I don’t generally like Kadri but I like seeing him flattening Dallas players....

I hate the avs after last year, but am jealous as hell of their roster. Size, speed, skill at every position, throughout the entire lineup.

Sad that I'm only able to catch a little of this game today. Looks like a great contest from how this period has started
