I only turned the game on in the last 10 minutes of the 3rd, but the Islanders aren't looking like a team that has 42 shots. Are they just throwing it from anywhere, or is Hart just in God mode?

Hart is playing really, really well.
Islanders getting a ton of 2nd and 3rd shot opportunities off rebounds and deflections which is helping them pile up the shots.

Looked like it didn't actually catch Giroux's hand, but what a dumb play. Brassard has to know that's getting called every time.

Coutourier is just such a massive, massive loss for the Flyers.

NYI are such a smart team. Hardly ever an odd man rush against them, while they hardly take stupid shots.

I know the scoreboard tells me the Isles have 4, yet they look like they can't finish or hit the net.

I take the Islanders easily in double OT. Overall Philly's lineup is a little slow where I think they'll be a bit more tired. Giroux can always pot it though.

This is a fun game. I like Barzal a lot, but boy, as dynamic as he can be, sometimes his hockey sense seems to be lacking. He likes to do the backhand-to-nobody a bit too often. A little more patience, especially on the PP, and he'd really be awesome.

I repeat. Would do Konecny even up for Johnny.
Kid plays hard and is very skilled.

He's taken more hits in this game than I've seen Johnny take in his career.

Yeah, Konecny would look great across from Chucky.
He's constantly involved, plays with an edge, and seems to like to chirp.

What's with the Flyers giving so much ice time to Sanheim? The guy is a lugging big body dman but he's so slow. He seems to protect the puck alright but not exactly someone you want to give so much ice time to in today's league.
