I feel like the Flames are playing better again, but it just absolutely sucks to only have one goal after forty minutes with the number of chances the Flames have had in this game.

Flames need to crash the net and start throwing pucks at it from everywhere. This cycle the puck around the blueline stuff ain't generating much. Time to score an ugly one.

Dube and mangiapane need to switch spots. I also wouldn't mind seeing Bennett on that line. Mangiapane isn't a top 6 forward.

Yeah sorry but I don’t get the Mangiapane hype. He’s painfully average and looks absolutely lost on that line.

He is not a top-six player right now.

I have to completely disagree, Mangiapane is one our best play drivers right now with the aggressive team play. He does get bowled over, he hasn’t been finishing as much lately, but the team gets way more scoring opportunities and the reason he’s noticeable is because he’s touching the puck more than most players.

Who is this Jarry? And how did he become the best goaltender no one has ever heard of?

I was just popping in here to post the exact opposite

Mangiapane is flying out there, and he is reading the play out there very well. He looked to be turning to attack before they coughed up the puck in the neutral zone

I think that he has a pretty good shot if that pass wasn't in his feet, but he's incredibly hard to cover rn and puts himself wide open at the post

Mangi gets the scoring chances but he's really struggling to get a shot off, let alone hit the net.

We gotta finish. But Jesus I don’t understand how you make that call on Brodie and not on the Pens late

Well that was the right call. Brodie dangling over the boards with the Pens guy skating along the boards and had to avoid Brodie who shouldn’t have been in the ice side of the boards.

Game management officiating completely changed the dynamic of this game, pathetic.

It's getting to the point that NHL refs aren't even hiding the Wideman Effect.

There has been a few games this year that they haven't called one penalty on the opposition. How is that even possible?

I have observed several penalties go uncalled in this game - hooks, interference, holding.

I signed off on the CFL this year and quit supporting it based on poor reffing. The NHL isn't far behind.

Shortly after the non-call for too many men, Monahan was in front with the rebound and there were two sticks horizontal and on his hands - automatic call EVERY TIME. Nothing.

The reffing is flat out ridiculous

Should be a good third. Flames have overall been better. Just need to step it up in the 3rd.
