The amount of blankets in the crowd is shocking. Been to SAP Center twice and don't remember a blanket outbreak

Apparently there is a rule that was put in place because the late great Roger Neilsen used to employ this tactic in the NHL.

A deliberate too many men penalty in the final minute (minutes?) shall result in an automatic penalty shot for the other team.

I learned about the rule this summer but have not verified it yet.

Most of these bubble guys need to work on clearing the zone. Because that’s the basic play expected of a bubble guy.

The AHL affiliate plays out of SAP Center as well. Looks like a AHL crowd.
