It’s because he’s playing centre during 5v5 play. This has definitely been a year of development for him. Hopefully it works out and he gets better because of it.

They should never have been in that situatiom. The D, gio and anderson were no where to be found

I actually think the biggest issue on that goal was the overly aggressive pass that caused the icing on the previous play.

So weird to be the 5pm game.

Goals against happen. But geez could one of those post hits deflect in? Would be nice.

Pretty good road period except for that last 10 seconds. Flames just need to stick to the plan.

To me Hathaway looked really bad there, let his man easily walk around him and come straight to the net.

I agree. Could be up in this game easily. Tough breakdown at the end but I thought they played a solid period.

Thanks Captain Obvious.

Does anyone more helpful know any stat sites that show team records from certain points (such as the all-star break) in the season?

Instead of plopping a bunch of mystery blame at Flames players feet, we should give props to the jets for creating a really great scoring chance that they finished.

It was a clear break for Charot...who beat Hathaway. Jankowski decided to slide and break up the 2v1.

Either that or Charot is in all alone.

That’s on Hathaway.

I’m really missing Bennett tonight. I think his piss and vinegar would do wonders for this game

"Tay-Chuck"

How do so many older media guys struggle with his name? John Shannon is awful with it too.

Just ignore the T.

It's not like it's a new hockey name, either... we're coming up on 30 years of "Tkachuk" in the NHL (and even more of "Tkaczuk")

Also Loubo on the radio retracting some blame from Janko and sending it to Hathaway.
I was thinking the same thing.
