THe reaction against him certainly was disproportional to what he did. He is likely significantly less employable as a result of this story. So if anything was non-factual in the reporting his suit would be pretty reasonable.
You would have a person suffering finanacial and reputational harm from a story that was incorrect and recklessly incorrect as the information to verify the story existed and was attainable. The only real thing to prove is a relevant factual inaccuracy. #internetlawyer
