Flames may have not generated a lot but the majority of the play was in the Habs end. And the Habs had a power play. They should not be trailing.

It's almost like it has to hit this team so hard in the face for them to make the most obvious decisions. Mike Smith is not an NHL starter, it's clear as day. He's just awful on home ice.

Also, Smith won't be back next year. Even if they were both equal, I would be starting Rittich, someone who has a future here.

Always suspected game #25 was the breaking point for Smitty. Thats the one thing I can agree with though, Smith won't be back so if he's not helping you win invest the time into whomever you are going to invest time in.

Frustrating how the Flames' offence has dried up over these last few games. They all seem to be gripping their sticks a bit lately, and the 1st line is still over-passing when they get an odd man rush.

Hopefully this is just temporary, and that once they finally pot a couple the floodgates will open up again. Just gotta keep putting pucks on net and eventually we'll get a bounce or two.
