You know this is really becoming ridiculous. The NHL has to look into the one sided officiating that has plagued the Flames since the Wideman incident. It is screwing with integrity of the game and sportsmanship.

I didn't mind the period to be honest. It was a good road period, of course the goal from centre ice sucks but hopefully they can kill the remainder of the penalty and get some momentum from it.

First Elliott does his best impersonation of Dan Cloutier and then the Canucks get a four minute powerplay for something that players do all the time and not get an extra two. The Wideman Effect is out full-force tonight.

It really isn't that man. It is the way they have officiated in general this season. It is so terrible it in unbelievable. It is every game, every night. Obviously they know there are no repercussions for what they are doing.

Who do you think is giving the instructions to the referees? Bettman seemed to really have a hate on for Wideman and the Flames throughout the whole proceedings last year. He's just exacting his revenge.
