Stupid refs. if they call the charge by Kesler on Gaudreau then nothing happens. These dicks (refs) have the Flames number tonight!

Kesler goes after the guy half his size (JH), close to a head shot. No call. Stajan tries to protect Johnny. Kesler runs off the ice to make sure he doesn't have to answer for his dbagery. Hathaway gets the penalty on a ridiculous call. Such an excellent game call. I just LOVE the NHL referees.

Basically Hathaway took Kesler's stick because Kesler tried to take Johnny's. It probably felt good at the time but I guarantee Kesler didn't learn a thing on that play, since he's been like this for years.

Not to mention the multiple slashes on Gaudreau, most of them blatantly obvious to anyone with halfway decent eye sight.

So Kesler held Johnny's stick for a good 5 seconds = no call. Sounds about right.
