Man, Ryan Cochrane has been so great for swimming in this country. I'm gonna be really sad if that was the last time we see him race.

That clip of those young girls at the pool in Toronto talking about Penny Olesiak was great. That's how empowering it is for young girls having our female athletes perform so incredibly well.
